Since 2021: Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in the Free State of Saxony  

Since 2012: Honorary Professor of Civil Law and Insolvency Law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg  

2005: Admitted as a specialist lawyer for insolvency law  

Since 2001: Lecturer in enforcement law, insolvency law, and civil procedure at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg  

Since 2000: Partner at the law firm Flöther & Wissing Rechtsanwälte, which now operates nationwide with ten offices, specializing in corporate reorganizations and restructurings  

Since 1999: Regularly appointed by the courts as insolvency administrator and trustee in self-administration and insolvency plan proceedings  

1999: Admission as a lawyer in Munich  

Personal Life:

Prof. Dr. Lucas Flöther is married to Dr. Lilit Flöther. Originally from Armenia, she is a senior physician and head of the outpatient clinic for pain and palliative medicine at the Clinic for Anesthesiology and Operative Intensive Care Medicine at University Hospital Halle/Saale. They have two children.
