Honorary Consul Accompanies RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports the Leipzig City Hall

On June 21, 2024, a delegation led by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, met with Leipzig Mayor Burkhard Jung, Head of the International Cooperation Department Dr. Gabriele Goldfuss, other municipal officials, and Mrs. Bömisch, head of the Leipzig Book Fair. The delegation was accompanied by Honorary Consul Professor Lucas Flöther and Consulate employee Sirarpi Movsisyan.

At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Zhanna Andreasyan signed the Golden Book, and the parties exchanged symbolic gifts. The participants then shared their ideas, discussed completed projects, and explored visions for further developing and deepening cooperation between Leipzig and Armenia. The minister also provided an update on the current situation in Armenia and proposed specific areas for future collaboration with Leipzig.
